SHIPPING & DELIVERY
SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be shipped 30 - 60 business days, counting from receipt of payment.
However, it may take additional time or days to ship the item of order-made production rather than the above schedule when the wood is out of stock due to supply and high demand or some related issue like bad weather / natural disaster or other unexpected factors that occur.
LOCAL DELIVERY FEE
Delivery for all local orders will be charge and the delivery fee is depends on the location from HK$500 - $800 included installation.
No delivery service is available to the below areas: Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O.
As our vehicles cannot reach Big Wave Bay Village, Shek O without permission letters, customers must collect deliveries at designated location(s).
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us 3 days in advance for any change to the delivery schedule.
In case you are not home at the point of delivery, a HK$1,000 - $1,600 handling fee will be charged due to reschedule. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
For less bulky items, self-collection is available at our warehouse or showroom. Please contact us for the details.
We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
UNABLE TO ACCESS ELEVATOR
In the event that the furniture has difficulty in accessing your apartment through the elevator at the point of delivery, the delivery process be completed through the staircase in a non-hazardous condition, additional charges per order will need a quote.
